Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Load-Controls PFR-700-GTE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ltn-Servotechnik-Gmbh products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnemotion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 M2i-Corporation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ltn-Servotechnik-Gmbh such as the SC100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 700064401 manufactured by Magnemotion and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnemotion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TOP3SA by Manufacturer M2i-Corporation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Markel Brand E3313T2SRP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Longs-Motor such as 23HS9442 equipment made by Longs-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Longs-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Longs-Motor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MR1200N made by Matsui as well as the popular BP1207 original spares produced by Mamco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 755371 by Masterflex and 23HS9442 spares by Longs-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KEP12025 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs.
