Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-belt BY410602A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Boston product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the F632B8B9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHH6140Y6 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F72160SB5J by Manufacturer Boston as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lufkin Brand D195C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stober such as F402SB0470MR3025028 equipment made by Stober have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stober products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stober" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D565813 made by Kop-flex as well as the popular F38780 original spares produced by Schmierstoff

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D585702 by Falk and F402SB0470MR3025028 spares by Stober are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DFT80K6V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
