Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ketchie-houston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leeson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ketchie-houston such as the KH134913A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P2BE107R manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMQ830100H56 by Manufacturer Leeson as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Chesterton Brand LGTAB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as M3607T equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P2BSCM203HT made by Dodge as well as the popular MR94255UGC original spares produced by Dodge
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KH77A by Sew and M3607T spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
