Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-Belt U054G-76 UO54G-76 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Meltronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnatek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mistubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Meltronics such as the RG26002628001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 53ST03012120 manufactured by Magnatek and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnatek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FRF840003103N6 by Manufacturer Mistubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mistubishi Brand FRA240E075KUL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modicon such as AS521P008 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MDSDNV104 made by Mistubishi as well as the popular 92287 original spares produced by Louis-Allis

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7161655P50E by Magnetek and AS521P008 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FRA22115K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mistubishi.
