Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-Belt 50F DB2-55 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lis-Laser-Id-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lorentzen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Link-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lis-Laser-Id-Systems such as the 345520RevB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSU1 manufactured by Lorentzen and we are pleased to be able to service most Lorentzen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5010201 by Manufacturer Link-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Love-Joy Brand 5015A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Link-Systems such as MD202A equipment made by Link-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Link-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Link-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1050D1M04C369L10E00B00 made by Lintech as well as the popular 140JA210 original spares produced by Love-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 145TTFR8665AA by Marathon and MD202A spares by Link-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 46S218112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Louis-Allis.
