Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lincoln-Electric G1585-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Marposs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ls such as the LSLV0040G1004E0FN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PA0318200 manufactured by Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3408617401 by Manufacturer Marposs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Magnetek Brand GPD515CA033 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Liquifine such as LF8037 equipment made by Liquifine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Liquifine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Liquifine" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S28 made by Magmotor as well as the popular Lvis3me15G2 original spares produced by Loytec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 203FA401D by Lumonics and LF8037 spares by Liquifine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PESD0402240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Littelfuse.
