Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lika AS612/GS-10/S402 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Loma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lmi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Linak product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Loma such as the PCB401174ISS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21800025 manufactured by Lmi and we are pleased to be able to service most Lmi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature J07853 by Manufacturer Linak as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Loma Brand 416111ISSD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Load-Controls such as PFR1550 equipment made by Load-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Load-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Load-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CO4118S0901Silverpak made by Lin-Engineering as well as the popular U235 original spares produced by Link-Belt

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AC48316 by Litton and PFR1550 spares by Load-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
