Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lh TMF44-1522/115-230-A03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Li-Hui products, including obsoleted and phased-out Limitorque parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Litton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Li-Hui such as the FV22T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1SYZ00918A3TT manufactured by Limitorque and we are pleased to be able to service most Limitorque systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JDH2250FF1Cand721BI10003755UM by Manufacturer Litton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Link-Belt Brand TB224170 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Banner such as ms4308 equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 87240 made by Lincoln as well as the popular 0379083139 original spares produced by Liebert

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LHQMSW3G120277 by Lithonia and ms4308 spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
