Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leuze MLC520T14-300G, MLC520R14-300G, 68020103 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lighting-Protection products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leybold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Li-cor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lighting-Protection such as the LPC202052 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SV161098082J941200043 manufactured by Leybold and we are pleased to be able to service most Leybold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4000142 by Manufacturer Li-cor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lin-Engineering Brand Part4218M0120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Link such as 50004 equipment made by Link have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Link products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Link" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available e143900 made by Liebert as well as the popular PPA100C original spares produced by Liebert

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R0709020000 by Linear and 50004 spares by Link are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NHG00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Linder.
