Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leuze HRTR55/66-S8 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leuze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lincoln product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 4D14091G1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MLC500T30900 manufactured by Leuze and we are pleased to be able to service most Leuze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10344 by Manufacturer Lincoln as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lincoln Brand LM24079A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lincoln such as Sf4p40t61y equipment made by Lincoln have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lincoln products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lincoln" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8889300288893002 made by Lfe as well as the popular 4D14601G1 original spares produced by Emerson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CT30750 by Leuze and Sf4p40t61y spares by Lincoln are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TYPEP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Limitorque.
