Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leslie-Controls S621631938Z parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Relay-Dresser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Relay-Dresser such as the D49562660177009999 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CJ1WPD025CJ1MCPU13SCU41V1AD81V1TC101 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3RB20661MF2 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rocker-Industries Brand 34005002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as CLE105001 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PVU414ST made by Ir as well as the popular 5479341 original spares produced by Garret

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NJHN36000S60ABSO by Merlin-Gerin-Njhn36000s60abso and CLE105001 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G9SB3012A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
