Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lenze-Americas EVS9328-EP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the F160C10E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDF60A00305A3400 manufactured by Sew-Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HDS052W300NHS8001FW by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electric Brand IC697CPX772GD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Himmelstein such as MCRT3960X23NN4000 equipment made by Himmelstein have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LHF26000M8076 by Square-D and MCRT3960X23NN4000 spares by Himmelstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F300S2R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
