Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lenze-Americas EVS-9223-E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nana parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the M003317091112273REV22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F31X301DCCBAG1 manufactured by Nana and we are pleased to be able to service most Nana systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC090A0RD3D110A0S001 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Power-Electronics Brand M1046CXR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Teledyne such as KIT000009 equipment made by Teledyne have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teledyne products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teledyne" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FRA74001440NA made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular IS560311 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M444EENO9H08WAM444EEN09H08WAGETTYS by Elwood and KIT000009 spares by Teledyne are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
