Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lenze A-19S35-RS0B0-B38R-ST5F50N-R0SU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lust products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lintech-Neugart parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ling product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lust such as the VF120M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS100100S5N1W0F1M00C000E00B00L5100 manufactured by Lintech-Neugart and we are pleased to be able to service most Lintech-Neugart systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 101DDPA by Manufacturer Ling as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lg Brand SV022IS5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lion such as LRD6300 equipment made by Lion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CR141200 made by Leuze as well as the popular Travel6 original spares produced by Linear-Positioning-Table

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCA50025751FVS by Linear and LRD6300 spares by Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
