Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lenze 3/8050/44132 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexnord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Daniel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Electric such as the 5370751006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40FT manufactured by Rexnord and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexnord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41468WVS by Manufacturer Daniel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Edrive Brand 32M010ES in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Weil such as 4320000782493 equipment made by Weil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weil" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5330012029872 made by Technetics as well as the popular 602ACT22MP8 original spares produced by Airjustor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 315014M170 by Goodyear and 4320000782493 spares by Weil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5072 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Twin.
