Lemag Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Lemag SHAFTPOWER and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Lemag SHAFTPOWER include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SHAFTPOWER if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SHAFTPOWER repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lemag SHAFTPOWER parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:
Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leybold-heraeus product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lord such as the 3DMGX545 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EVS9323ETV911 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDH by Manufacturer Leybold-heraeus as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lenze Brand EVS9323CSV003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Liebherr such as 8148111DET73 equipment made by Liebherr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Liebherr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Liebherr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RS301 made by Leuze as well as the popular EVF8204E original spares produced by Lenze
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 119525 by Lesson and 8148111DET73 spares by Liebherr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 07166001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lion-Precision.
