Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leine & Linde 6310 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leutron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lumberg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leutron such as the P83MSMART502ARH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASNBV8 manufactured by Lumberg and we are pleased to be able to service most Lumberg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC630AAC200240V by Manufacturer Ls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lucius--Baer Brand CC14VMGKRAUSE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lep such as 990034 equipment made by Lep have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lep products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lep" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RE211A05VS made by Ltn as well as the popular 0279088901 original spares produced by Liebert

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LA31U02000 by Linak and 990034 spares by Lep are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 53189002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leine-Linde.
