Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leeson 150157.6 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Barber-Colman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Barber-Colman such as the 80BE00015101V00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8600513186005131 manufactured by Ick and we are pleased to be able to service most Ick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B6058H023DriveFanuc by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand A06B0123B6757075 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by A-O-Smith such as 21495 equipment made by A-O-Smith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire A-O-Smith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "A-O-Smith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8536SCG3 made by Sd as well as the popular 8020SCP723RE original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A06B0148B677 by Fanuc and 21495 spares by A-O-Smith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JB1N063N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer A-O-Smith.
