Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leeds & Northrup 444740 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ac-Tech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeds--Northrup parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lenze product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ac-Tech such as the 17445 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A1A2A1X445880 manufactured by Leeds--Northrup and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeds--Northrup systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR30900BH5CR30900BH3 by Manufacturer Lenze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lenze Brand 632E2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lenord--Bauer such as GEL205XN00250 equipment made by Lenord--Bauer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenord--Bauer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenord--Bauer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GKR042MVAR063C32 made by Lenze as well as the popular 481ESO original spares produced by Lenze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 301312026MCONT by Leitz and GEL205XN00250 spares by Lenord--Bauer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
