Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lcn-Ingersol-Rand LC-4021RH-AL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metrix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Microsonic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metrix such as the 10430101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A15187200A manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ICS25DDQP by Manufacturer Microsonic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Leuze Brand CR501800BH5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Magnetrol such as T571E3CEE4 equipment made by Magnetrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetrol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 44W8447 made by Lem as well as the popular DDLS1702 original spares produced by Leuze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHPF31QFEBTSAS6M3 by Micro-Switch and T571E3CEE4 spares by Magnetrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 910A1C2008 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetrol.
