Lauer Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Lauer 14X and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Lauer 14X include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 14X if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 14X repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Taylor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Talon-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Brecoflex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taylor such as the 15S149 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2108GCGC30080001301202108TXTX01 manufactured by Talon-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Talon-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T10SE20 by Manufacturer Brecoflex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tb-Woods Brand WPC01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Systems-Electronics-Group such as M4500 equipment made by Systems-Electronics-Group have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TA2945 by Tamagawa and M4500 spares by Systems-Electronics-Group are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WFC10010C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods.
