Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Labod products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lamarche parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lambda product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Labod such as the 861020MIP52 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P60146 manufactured by Lamarche and we are pleased to be able to service most Lamarche systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LZS7502 by Manufacturer Lambda as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lafert Brand ST63S4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lectra such as 780138A equipment made by Lectra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lectra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lectra" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 860604MIP51 made by Labod as well as the popular 74441 original spares produced by Leeds--Northrup
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7073620014712000229 by Leeds--Northrup and 780138A spares by Lectra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS1024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lambda.
