Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kurt M923296A540-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leuze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micro-Switch product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the MLD510XR1EA66533402 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDLS7860003B404162 manufactured by Leuze and we are pleased to be able to service most Leuze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHPF31QFEBTSAS6M3 by Manufacturer Micro-Switch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mamac Brand PR27252A11AE420ma in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as 13078900B equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RK934150L made by Leuze as well as the popular SCH628NR original spares produced by Mallory

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0876838VS9417654 by Leuze and 13078900B spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MA4030C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Merlin.
