Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kristel-Corp 1-424-2135 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Centent product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler such as the AF93AG0C003D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCUX1400 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CN0055 by Manufacturer Centent as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Red-Lion-Controls Brand GL300T00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eurotherm such as 9558N762 equipment made by Eurotherm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eurotherm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eurotherm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WDP511805100RS17 made by Berger as well as the popular TLC511PSF original spares produced by Berger

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4RN85 by Dayton and 9558N762 spares by Eurotherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 175Z0034 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss.
