Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kollmorgen type: U12M4A/0FA4T/M23 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Precision-Micro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Copley-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Powermatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Precision-Micro such as the DCXPCI100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PST07510 manufactured by Copley-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Copley-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS118D by Manufacturer Powermatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thk Brand THKACUATORKR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powers such as 512D10I equipment made by Powers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powers" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BG2A made by Powerex as well as the popular 0001202057 original spares produced by Motion-Technologies

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PWE10K by Polyspede and 512D10I spares by Powers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM16PCB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power-tek.
