Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kollmorgen tt-2953-3617 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mw-Laser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Invensys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Intel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mw-Laser such as the PL3044 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2AS121 manufactured by Invensys and we are pleased to be able to service most Invensys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V007004904447472D by Manufacturer Intel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Intermec Brand 203550001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eurotherm such as EMDDK420MAJ0999F420MAJ099F equipment made by Eurotherm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eurotherm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eurotherm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM6015600 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular 462E106 original spares produced by Intertek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PB510105001 by Intel and EMDDK420MAJ0999F420MAJ099F spares by Eurotherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
