Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kodak KAI-2001M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnatrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kollmorgen product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the GSU624D2S8r spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 36S27 manufactured by Magnatrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnatrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFSB4474N060 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Magnetrol Brand T571E3CEE4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as TB600831020 equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMF050M314NHBAEZZZ by Micro-Motion and TB600831020 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
