Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kohzu such as the MD501A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AKM31HANCN201 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSF26250124 by Manufacturer Kobold as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kistler Brand 9712A50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kingston such as DDR2 equipment made by Kingston have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kingston products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kingston" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KLC80B made by Trans-coil as well as the popular ZB4128SF1 original spares produced by Klockner
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PKZ26PKZ2 by Klockner and DDR2 spares by Kingston are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DF4340075 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Klockner.
