Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Label-aire products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kme parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kistler product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Label-aire such as the 760003803 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML104QT004 manufactured by Kme and we are pleased to be able to service most Kme systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9011 by Manufacturer Kistler as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kitagawa Brand Y1225RE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kistler such as 64503401 equipment made by Kistler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kistler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kistler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KFC1000B made by Kubota as well as the popular 00114265 original spares produced by Kuka
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ORCA40X300LC1 by Koganei and 64503401 spares by Kistler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
