Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kinco MT4522TE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 National-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keb such as the 12F0R110000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1155KPMP1100 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 198106B02L by Manufacturer National-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fujitsu Brand DisplayOperatingPanel in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cincinnati such as 12880027 equipment made by Cincinnati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinnati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinnati" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 11741102 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 1785t original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11098780 by Comau and 12880027 spares by Cincinnati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2880061 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface.
