Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Khs ACU 2000-620 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out King parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kme product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the AKM41CEKCNR00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80502 manufactured by King and we are pleased to be able to service most King systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 26C14004 by Manufacturer Kme as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Knoll Brand K90L2TKNOID4866 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kinetics such as 3516V3B equipment made by Kinetics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kinetics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kinetics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MI4451TA1 made by Klockner as well as the popular DSC750 original spares produced by Klinger

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F1768H28 by Kitagawa and 3516V3B spares by Kinetics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
