Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keyence SR-752 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kti-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lite-on product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the 50080153 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 61201924 manufactured by Kti-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Kti-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HSDL3201008 by Manufacturer Lite-on as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Measurement-Specialties Brand M3051000005100PG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lem such as HTFS800PSP2 equipment made by Lem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lem" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UID47 made by Magna-power as well as the popular TSF50 original spares produced by Magpower

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 50019283 by Leuze and HTFS800PSP2 spares by Lem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 160250 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lebow.
