Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keyence PZ-G101CB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Krauss-Maffei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kinco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the 00100796 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5080340 manufactured by Krauss-Maffei and we are pleased to be able to service most Krauss-Maffei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT5520TDP by Manufacturer Kinco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kinway Brand KTCT3502A0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kookye such as 2017006500 equipment made by Kookye have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kookye products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kookye" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E7S6CC made by Koyo as well as the popular Eco original spares produced by Kontron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E93DA143I4B531XXVI05 by Kuka and 2017006500 spares by Kookye are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4045A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kistler.
