Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keyence PI-G70 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lucas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lebow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Marposs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lucas such as the GCD121500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 160450 manufactured by Lebow and we are pleased to be able to service most Lebow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3415205551 by Manufacturer Marposs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keyence Brand MSH15065A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lenze such as 50020618 equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1340VDC made by Klay-Instruments as well as the popular TSF50 original spares produced by Magpower

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM6 by Macurco and 50020618 spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 56340 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeds.
