Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kel-tech SS1245C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Witenstein products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hobart product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Witenstein such as the SP140MF15421000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMP08A314C manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMRS by Manufacturer Hobart as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand SGM02A312Y1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lincoln such as SF4P40T6IY equipment made by Lincoln have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lincoln products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lincoln" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM45M3000DG60KT500 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular SGMG44A2AB original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SerialNS5135501 by Van-Der-Graaf and SF4P40T6IY spares by Lincoln are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMGH13A2AYR62 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
