Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keba HT4 NEUTRAL 16846 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keithley-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kensington product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keba such as the PD242 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DAC029929K5016253PC6172PC6172 manufactured by Keithley-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Keithley-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 253700142508 by Manufacturer Kensington as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keller Brand PA2380263C250 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as KVNC32EXT equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PT9000PT9500DS made by Kele as well as the popular CAH72 original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ABC200 by Kepco and KVNC32EXT spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ST2V10N4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kessler-Ellis-Products.
