Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keb 04.17.670-820U parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kingsbury products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gates product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kingsbury such as the 120543KTA01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0465HY manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14MGT175090 by Manufacturer Gates as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wittenstein Brand 180MF110171PampG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Barden such as 1905HX10DBDC44 equipment made by Barden have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Barden products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Barden" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1800WU2A made by Falk as well as the popular 143K753U original spares produced by Abb

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1516 by Timken and 1905HX10DBDC44 spares by Barden are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1154WB2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
