Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kelly-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keyence product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keb such as the 10F0R010000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDH12100D manufactured by Kelly-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Kelly-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FWH7 by Manufacturer Keyence as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keb Brand 07F02001228 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keb such as 07F5B1B3B0A equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LJ7300 made by Keyence as well as the popular 0956200B129 original spares produced by Keb
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NR16F5CBE340A by Keb and 07F5B1B3B0A spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 75400F1321 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kahn.
