Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kamo BR100SH-20G-S032 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bermar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Num parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Marathon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bermar such as the BM100M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMG1152N1BA1L3Y manufactured by Num and we are pleased to be able to service most Num systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AVC56H17T2018AP32M060HS423EN by Manufacturer Marathon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kollmorgen Brand AKM52EGCC2R00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Num such as BPH1152N5TF2C01 equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BLM1001U made by Reliance as well as the popular AEEANC original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACServoModel5S3000 by Fanuc and BPH1152N5TF2C01 spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
