Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Joslyn-Clark 5DP8-5051-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the CAHX500M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FDMZ10ATK manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 07F5B1B3B0A by Manufacturer Keb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kalish Brand M48144 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kensington-Laboratories such as 60006SDX6SD equipment made by Kensington-Laboratories have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available B3SM0006400 made by Keb as well as the popular 10963BW10 original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14F5C1EK50A by Keb and 60006SDX6SD spares by Kensington-Laboratories are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
