Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jomar-Automation AS-140-12 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kajaani product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 509761938 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A20B0008003004C manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A4210351E by Manufacturer Kajaani as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Karl Brand 09F4C1D3420 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kt such as 12176404 equipment made by Kt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G2600 made by K-J-Law as well as the popular 77601P0 original spares produced by Kaeser

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 710005636 by Juniper and 12176404 spares by Kt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM1110N120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jordan-Controls.
