Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Johnson-Pump/mayfair 10-24228-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kato-Engineering product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 506070039 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10999DT00 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5110176002 by Manufacturer Kato-Engineering as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keyence Brand APV85WP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keb such as 07104404003 equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C2S4D2E5000 made by Kebco-Keb as well as the popular 12M0400192 original spares produced by Kardex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TIC by Jtekt and 07104404003 spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JSMD02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Justek.
