Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Johnson-Controls NU-NCM401-0 NUNCM4010 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kajaani parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Joslyn-Clark product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the MS4324B24267324 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30GD2U4300115A manufactured by Kajaani and we are pleased to be able to service most Kajaani systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UC77U0361576 by Manufacturer Joslyn-Clark as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ks Brand 61004311001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vision such as DVSDTT14A04 equipment made by Vision have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vision products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vision" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E08830251 by Joyce and DVSDTT14A04 spares by Vision are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PDB16S020258 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kamo.
