Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jin-Shin VSM3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joslyn-Clark parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Karl-Lambrecht product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 8C751G3DRAEKJ1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 77U03576 manufactured by Joslyn-Clark and we are pleased to be able to service most Joslyn-Clark systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K1148 by Manufacturer Karl-Lambrecht as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jungheinrich Brand 71314280 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson such as RPA1051 equipment made by Johnson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E8616721OAO made by Juki as well as the popular P80B22450LCX2C original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VG2231TM916GGA by Johnson-Controls and RPA1051 spares by Johnson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MV77U032A2526 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark.
