Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jed-Micro J900V8 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jersey-Machine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jeol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jersey-Machine such as the SA320643A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JSMIC25S manufactured by Jeol and we are pleased to be able to service most Jeol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHM10 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Johnson-Controls Brand LNIO5201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dayton such as 086704441 equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 23S310650815J75530 made by Jenaer as well as the popular DTR161042590 original spares produced by Jumo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 440 by Newport and 086704441 spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRM48Q2000101615111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jumo.
