Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Japan-Servo DS76BE18D-121 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jenaer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jordan-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Japan-Servo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jenaer such as the 23S310650813J7P5242855 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AD8200 manufactured by Jordan-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Jordan-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6DG36F by Manufacturer Japan-Servo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jb Brand RP19265 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Japan-Servo such as KH56LM2027 equipment made by Japan-Servo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Japan-Servo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Japan-Servo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0104893001 made by J-mar as well as the popular A350RS1C original spares produced by Johnson-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TB1629 by Joslyn-Clark and KH56LM2027 spares by Japan-Servo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2POLE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark.
