Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Japan 2862-011989/11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jerguson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Juniper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kaeser product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jerguson such as the 9R20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPC1500 manufactured by Juniper and we are pleased to be able to service most Juniper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC2MCS77601 by Manufacturer Kaeser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keb Brand 14F5C1E3A0A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Joral such as PE30A2048DIPPM12 equipment made by Joral have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Joral products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Joral" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7PCJ0062C made by Jrc as well as the popular PAUK208 original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NUPWR3508 by Johnson and PE30A2048DIPPM12 spares by Joral are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 506071133 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki.
