Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Janich & Klass ISA96-ADD12 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jc-Sytems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the SVX002A12A1B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 600RTDLIN420Ma manufactured by Jc-Sytems and we are pleased to be able to service most Jc-Sytems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSNCE2560700 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has John-Crane Brand C00431 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Japax such as MWIA52254B equipment made by Japax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Japax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Japax" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RM6S4 made by Japan-Servo as well as the popular 620RTDRTD original spares produced by Jc-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JR2203N by Janome and MWIA52254B spares by Japax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
