Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jaeger-Industrial 6183A-1405000-02 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Presstech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Promicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Queensgate product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Presstech such as the 7606826001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PromiconCPU182 manufactured by Promicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Promicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DPTCSQIDPTCSI by Manufacturer Queensgate as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Puls Brand ML95100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Puls such as CP10241 equipment made by Puls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Puls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Puls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2598004725 made by Premisys as well as the popular P901010 original spares produced by Proteon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S2CAHM12090PVT0070UD0110C by Prominent and CP10241 spares by Puls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8906 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Premisys.
