Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ivek B01840A-C01841A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jetter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Zero-Max product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jetter such as the JH20074276RVBSXF3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W351PN2C manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JK1CCW250400 by Manufacturer Zero-Max as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Johnson-Controls Brand P40AA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ixys such as S02160 equipment made by Ixys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ixys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ixys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 639B0116 made by Frick as well as the popular VFD68CHH2C original spares produced by Johnson-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TRE010 by Japan-Servo and S02160 spares by Ixys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSFEC16200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls.
